We will meet twice – once for the intro meeting where you will weigh in, we will offer the particulars of the challenge and an in-service on using the Meal Logger app. After six weeks of consistent logging of sleep, food and exercise – we will meet again for the final weigh in and prize awards.
Overall greatest percentage of weight lost for men will receive a $250 credit to SFCF.
Overall greatest percentage of weight lost for women will also receive a $250 credit to SFCF.
