Crossfit

A) 12 min EMOM with partner. Alternate minutes
Even minute – partner 1 does 5 deadlifts (135/95), 5 push ups, 5 box jumps
Partner 2 – hang at the top the pull up or chin up position until partner 1 finishes the deadlifts, then rest

Odd minute  –  partner 2 does 5 deadlifts (135/95), 5 push ups, 5 box jumps
Partner 1 – hang at the top the pull up or chin up position until partner 1 finishes the deadlifts, then rest

B) Partner Chipper
One person working at a time, complete
50 burpees
40 Power cleans (95/65lb)
30 OH squats
20 weighted sit ups
30 OH squats
40 Power cleans
50 burpees

Rx-Plus

A) 185/135 and partner holds pull-up through deadlifts+pushups

B) 115/75lb
