B) 30 deadlifts (135/95lb)-30 hang power cleans-30 STOH- 30 front squats

Rx-Plus

A) chest to bar pullups B) 155/105lb

Partner WOD :

3 rounds of

50 burpees over paralettes-50 wallballs-50 toes to bar (or V-ups)-50ft (each) partner wheelbarrow

*Split up 50 reps of each movement however desired. One person works while other rests.
