Crossfit

A) 12 minute alternating EMOM

1) 50ft kb mixed front rack + overhead lunge

(One kb in front rack position and one kb locked out overhead)

*Switch arm that is overhead on consecutive rounds

2) 6-8 strict straight leg toes to bar

3) rest

B) Games 2018 BICOUPLET 2:

12-9-6

Snatches (135/85lb)- Bar muscle-ups

*7 minute cap

1 minute transition

BICOUPLET 1:

21-15-9

Snatches (95/65lb)- Chest-to-bar pull-ups

*7 minute cap

*This is a games workout. I added 1 minute to each time cap.

Scale weights appropriately to try and finish. If you can’t do bar muscle ups do chest to bar on the first wod and pullups on the second wod.
