Each complete I-go you-go style:

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2

cal bike or row

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

push jerk (135/95lb) or (95/65lb)-burpees over the bar

*So partner 1 completes 20 cal-10 push jerk-10 burpees,

then partner 2 completes 20 cal-10 push jerks-10 burpees

Then partner 1 completes 1 completes 18 cal-9 push jerk-9 burpees

Then partner 2 completes 18 cal-9 push jerk-9 burpees

Continue until each completes the round of 2-1-1.

*40 minute time cap
