A) Hang snatch + power snatch

Go every 90 seconds for 8 rounds. Ascend in weight as form allows

*Reset after hang snatch. No touch and go.

B) For time:

21 deadlifts (225/155lb) -21 HSPU-63 double unders

Rest 90 seconds

15 deadlifts-15 HSPU-45 double unders

Rest 90 seconds

9 deadlifts-9 HSPU-27 double unders

Rx-Plus

275/185lb

(only if you could do all the dls unbroken at 225/155lb)
