A) Find a heavy clean and jerk in 25 minutes
B) 12 min alternating EMOM:
1) 5 touch & go clean & jerks @ 50-60% 1RM.
2) 40-60 double unders

WOD Notes

Today we are finding a 1 rep max clean and jerk! Strength, speed and great technique will pay off in this lift. Remember what number you hit because we will do percentage work off of it in the next coming weeks. In the metcon, the intention is to practice barbell cycling a moderate weight while the lungs are also being taxed. The percentages are just guidelines. Choose a weight that will be moderately challenging, yet sustainable, and where form will not break down so we can reinforce good reps.
