1) split jerk with 2 sec pause in catch position @70%+.
Ascend in weight as form allows and only if holding pause for 2 seconds
B) 7 rounds for time of:
30 double unders
unbroken set of (4 deadlifts-3 hang power cleans-2 front squats-1 split jerk) (155/105lb)
Run 200m
