1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats
1 mile run
*If you have a weight vest, wear it

*Minimal equipment/bodyweight modifications:
Instead of pullups you could sub
1) 100 db rows per side (75/side if using a heavy db)
2) 100 renegade rows (50/side)
3) ring rows or inverted barbell rows (if you have the necessary equipment/setup)
4) 100 V ups
5) 100 sit ups
