A) 4-5 sets x10 reset deadlifts by feel
Superset with 4 sets of 6-8/leg lateral step downs
*Start at top of box, lower leg down with control until just the heel, not the toes, touches the ground, then stand back up
B) For time:
Building lap run
Then 60 burpee box jump overs
*11 minute time cap
*Scaling Modification: burpee box step overs
Home WOD
A) For time:
250 double unders- 75 burpees
*Sub 250 lateral hops over db
B) 4 sets for quality:
10 tempo RDLs (3 seconds down)
6-8/leg lateral step downs
10 weighted good mornings
