Outdoor WOD

A) Build to a heavy squat clean + 3 front squats.
Then 3×3 clean pull @ final weight.
*20-25 minutes

B) 3 rounds for time of :
15 barbell reps
15 bar facing burpees

Round 1: 15 power cleans
Round 2: 15 push jerks
Round 3: 15 hang clusters

*12 minute time cap
Rx: 115/75lb Rx+: 135/95lb

Home WOD

A) 4 sets for quality of:
45 second weighted wall-sit.
Then 6 tempo goblet squats (3 seconds down-3 second pause at bottom-3 second pause at 90 degrees-1 second reset at top.
Then 16-20 glute bridge marches (shoulders on elevated surface)

B) For time:
20 alt. db power cleans-15 db facing burpees
20 (10/side) single arm db push jerks-15 db facing burpees
20 hang alt. db clusters-15 db facing burpees
