Outdoor WOD

A) 6x 3 minutes on 2 minutes off
alternating between 1 and 2
1) Row 500m then
AMRAP 6 single arm overhead lunges (50/35lb) + 12 lateral hops over db
*Switch arm overhead each round
2) Run 400m then
AMRAP 6 alt. single arm alt. db hang clean + jerks + 8 air squats
