Outdoor WOD

A) 1 clean deadlift with pause at knee (on the way up)
+ 1-2 below the knee hang cleans.
Go every 75 seconds for 10 rounds. Ascend in weight as form allows

B) 15 minute AMRAP:
10 double pushup burpees
20 tuck ups
30 STOH (115/75lb)
40 power cleans
50 mountain climbers
*Rx+: 135/95lb

Home WOD

A) 4 sets for quality:
10/side suitcase deadlift + 45 second goblet wall-sit + 5/side db high pulls

B) 15 minute AMRAP:
10 double pushup burpees
20 tuck ups
30 db STOH (15/side)
40 alt db power cleans
50 mountain climbers
