Outdoor WOD

A) 12 minute alt. EMOM:
1) 20 box inverted shoulder taps
2) 8/side kb/db bent over rows
3) 8/side kb/db floor press

B) Every 4 minutes for 16 minutes complete:
1/2 turkish get up (to standing) + 5-6 kb snatches
+ 1/2 turkish get up (to lying down)
Complete this kb complex on both arms then
Run 200m + 8-10 lateral box jump overs

*kb snatches are from a swing. If you can’t perform an efficient kb snatch, use a db for the workout and do hang db snatches
