Db Bulgarian split squats 4×10/side
4×10 weighted good mornings
4×45 second weighted side plank (2 on the left side, 2 on the right)
*Do side plank on elbows and hold db locked out with arm thats extended overhead
B) For time:
21-15-9 squat snatch (95/65lb) -burpee box jumps (24/20″)
