Outdoor WOD

A) Upper body push/pull accessory work
Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds alt. between
A) 5-10 strict pushups+10 seesaw press (5/side) + 5-10 pushups
*Start with strict seesaw press and switch to seesaw push press if needed
B) 8-10 banded lat pulldowns + 8-10 renegade rows (4-5/side) + 8-10 banded lat pulldowns.
Rx: (35/25lb) Rx+: 50/35lb

B) 15 min EMOM for max reps:
1) slamballs (40-50lb/20-30lb)
2) happy stars
3) 1 down up + 2 jumping lunges
4) db seesaw floor press *Always keep one arm locked out as the other goes down and up
5) rest
