1) 8 db bent over row/side 2) 10 front rack lunges from rack (5 per side) 3) 10 db bench press

I-go-you-go with partner for 7 rounds each:
8 plate burpees (burpee with hands on plate, then pick up plate and snatch it overhead) + 12 alternating OH plate lunges + 16 sit-ups
