Immediately after, perform 1 HSPU for every rep needed to get to desired weight in the DL’s.

Then for time: 200m Front Rack Barbell carry (155/105), 22 strict pullups.
Then 100m Front Rack Barbell carry (155/105), 16 strict pullups.
Then 50m Front Rack Barbell carry (155/105), 10 strict pullups
***3 burpees everytime you drop bar during carry OR drop off pullup bar***
