A) 7 minute amrap: 7 OH squats (95/65lb), 7 bar facing burpees

5 minute rest

B) 7 minute amrap: 7 power snatches , 7 toes to bar

5 min rest

C) 7 minute AMRAP:  7 push jerks, 7 box jump overs

115/75lbs or 135/95lbs

Metcon class

8 intervals, 2 min rest. Alternate between A) and B) for 4 rounds of each.

A) 30 jumping jacks + 15 pushups + 10 burpee tuck jumps

B) 24 mountain climbers  + 25m walking db lunge  + 24 mountain climbers
