OLY + GYMN. Challenge ~10 min Death By Push Jerk/ Pistol.

During 1st min: do 1 jerk, then 1 pistol. 2nd minute do 2 jerks, then 2 pistols , 3rd min do 3 of each….to failure.

If failing before 10 minutes, cut 2-3 reps off each and continue as an EMOM workout till till minutes is reached.

Finish: 5 min MAX distance row.

Sport

DB SH to OH: 40 reps. Choose the heaviest load you think you can handle.

10 strict pullups (weighted if possible).
