Then for time: 400m farmers carry ( 2x 53’s/35’s KB/s), 22 TGU’s (total).

Then 200m Farmers Carry, 15 TGU’s.

Then 100m Farmers Carry, 9 TGU’s.

***3 burpees everytime you rest during farmers carry***

Sport

FS: Retest 3 RM.

Then 8′ Tabata alternate: DL 225/155, bar over burpee.
