Not for time (but about 15 minutes): 12-10…2 Good Mornings (barbell weighted) + Strict Pullups.
Treat this as a slow burn/strength workout.
THEN: For TIME: 50 meter KB/DB Farmer Carry Walking Lunges (start outside, walk to the door of the gym),
40 Pushups, 30 Front Squats 135/95, 20 C2B Pullups, 10 Clean + Jerks 135/95.
Sport
FS: 5 x 5 75-80+%, or heavy across the board. Then 5 rounds for time of:
10 deadlifts 225/155
10 snatches 75/55
10 thrusters 75/55
10 pistols (total)
