This passion for teaching spinning continued for 10 years in both Boston and New York cites.

After moving west to San Francisco where cycling outside happened year round she continued to look for new challenges and stumbled on to Crossfit in 2012 and never looking back. As a Masters athlete she has learned that passion, strength training, proper nutrition and humility all play a role in continuing to be a active and healthy as you age.
